Mechanical Project Manager

Are you a Mechanical Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a flagship data centre development in Belgium, leading mechanical delivery from early planning through to commissioning and handover.

The Role

You'll take ownership of mechanical delivery across the full project lifecycle — Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning — ensuring safe, high-quality, and commercially successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical contracts and delivery performance
• Lead design coordination with consultants and site teams
• Drive multidisciplinary integration across project functions
• Support procurement, commercial management, and change control
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and environmental standards
• Monitor programme, cost, risk, and project progress
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven experience on large-scale projects (data centres, industrial, energy, or heavy engineering)
• Strong mechanical delivery and design coordination background
• Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
